• The four of us are refactoring a production SaaS platform for solar self-consumption: I assessed the stack’s viability by measuring load times and defined its code architecture and the design system in Django Cotton, with close to 90 reusable components.
• Optimised data access by reworking its queries —N+1, annotations, aggregates and subqueries—: the marketplace, a map of projects across Spain, went from 12 s in production to 1–2 s, and to 800 ms on the new stack.
• Set the quality baseline: Ruff, MyPy, Django tests, devcontainer, per-environment dependencies and a Makefile that puts the whole day behind one alias.
• Defined the data model and its indexes with the team, code first for the legacy migration, with seeders for the load tests.

• Took charge of the code and the entire infrastructure of a venture builder’s startups, plus work for Eywa and others in the group.
• Built an on-premise Proxmox from scratch as a product and development environment, with local replicas of the cloud machines: a fixed in-house cost instead of a cloud environment per project.
• Inherited and maintained the AWS infrastructure —EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECR, load balancers and private networks— and fixed the CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
• Managed domains and DNS for the group’s clients, migrated corporate email over MX, published static landings —some on that same Proxmox— and prototyped in Figma.

• Built single-handedly and took to production a time-tracking application in Laravel: an SSR monolith with a database per tenant and a central one for identity and routing.
• The frontend ran on a commercial template; the backend, code-first data model and business logic were my own.
• Clock-in with geolocation, leave with overlap validation and an approval flow, admin, HR and employee roles, and per-role dashboards.
• Bespoke development in Laravel and optimisation of client CMS and e-commerce sites (WordPress, PrestaShop, Wix): domains, DNS, hosting, HTTPS and the redirects technical SEO called for.
• Ran the development and SEO departments, with SEO/SEM strategy per sector and automation of the team’s internal processes.

• Built end to end and single-handedly an internal spare-parts product: a decoupled REST API architecture with its own clients, no SSR.
• Designed the SQL Server database and built a REST API in C#/.NET Framework on top (database first): full CRUD, JWT authentication and role-based access.
• Built two clients against that API: a web platform in Angular (SPA) and a native Android app in Java, in Android Studio.
